Professional Experience
Mr. Larkin is an associate with the firm. Mr. Larkin’s trial practice focuses on the defense of civil lawsuits in the areas of wrongful death, insurance law, personal injury, premises liability, and construction defect both in state and federal courts. Mr. Larkin’s legal experience also includes defense of cases involving federal antitrust law and civil rights violations. While in law school, Mr. Larkin clerked for the New Mexico Administrative Office of the Courts and served as a judicial extern to the Honorable J. Miles Hanisee with the New Mexico Court of Appeals.
