Professional Experience
Mathew Wadsworth is an associate with the firm working with the general practice group. Mr. Wadsworth’s practice focuses on the defense of civil lawsuits in the areas of wrongful death, catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, premises liability, and appeals.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wadsworth worked as a prosecutor with the Second Judicial District Attorney’s Office from 2013 to 2016, and as a prosecutor with the Thirteenth Judicial District Attorney’s Office from 2016 to 2018. During his five years as a prosecutor, Mr. Wadsworth handled numerous types of cases, ultimately focusing on crimes against children and cases involving mental health issues.
Mr. Wadsworth has handled numerous bench trials and more than forty jury trials.
